REGULATIONS:

• You will be required to provide identification upon arrival in order to validate your reservation.

• The tenant agrees to respect the number of occupants announced during the reservation. Anyone present who does not appear on the reservation must leave the site or pay the additional costs.

• Curfew at 11 p.m.

• Fires prohibited outside the fireplace areas made available to you.

• It is everyone's responsibility not to disturb other customers by noise, inside and outside the accommodation.

• An additional $50 charge will apply to your accommodation if the premises are left messy. You are required, when you leave, to return the premises as it was when you arrived. Any damage to the equipment provided in the accommodation will be charged to the tenant.

• You are responsible for your personal items. 45 Degrés Nord will not be held responsible in the event of theft or damage to your personal effects.

• It is forbidden to enter without authorization in any accommodation other than the one you are renting.

• Pets are prohibited.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:

• Some sites have steep areas, ponds and streams. Keep a watchful eye on your children.

• For tenants requiring specific medication, make sure you have the necessary doses, because the site cannot compensate if necessary.

• Please follow the marked trails to avoid any falls or injuries.

• Never leave food outside, or even on the balcony as there may be raccoons or other animals roaming around.

• Our accommodations are located in the middle of the forest. During your stay, you may see small rodents such as squirrels, raccoons, mice, as well as insects. Make sure to keep the doors of your accommodation closed at all times to prevent these animals and insects from ending up in your accommodation. Obviously, these situations are beyond our control.

• A security guard will remain on site overnight.

CANCELLATION OR CHANGE POLICY:

You can cancel with full refund or move your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the date of your reservation. Between 15 and 30 days before your stay, 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be retained. No refund will be issued and no date change will be accepted unless 14 days notice is given.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME:
Accommodation must be vacated by 11 a.m. the next morning. Check-in is between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Go to reception with your reservation in hand.
